When we allow our true selves to show, our energy level increases. Keeping up an image is exhausting.
Would you like to have more energy? Lighten up a bit over life's challenges? Allow your full self to shine? The answer is perhaps scarey, but simple. 1. Be present, 2. Be honest, 3. Expose your honesty. Simple, but not easy. OH, all the ways we hide from ourselves and life!! Food, t.v., concentrating on work, avoiding our feelings, making plans, putting up walls between ourselves and each other, trying to be what other people want us to be, etc. Oh, the list is endless!
When we work together, we can look at the patterns that keep us perpetually making the same choices which produces the same results.
Intimacy is in-to-me-see
As we free ourselves of patterns, what is left? Our true, unadulterated self. Sometimes just bringing out the patterns shines new light and sets us free. Sometimes it takes a hero's journey to look into our shadows relentlessly, but there is always a pay-off. We are no longer controlled by unwanted behaviors. We feel lighter, can laugh more easily, take our problems less tragically. Life is good!!
I am not about fixing any one or any situation. It is each individual's choice to decide on healing or not. I provide skills for you to access your own information.
Being totally honest acts like a filter. Those who love me for who I truly am will stick aroud. Others will fade away.
When we are willing to directly and honestly expose our demons, the smaller they become.
If, with no shame and no blame, we admit (to ourselves) "yes, I do this", we can powerfully make diffferent choices and - lo and behold - our circumstances (or they way we experience our circumstances) may subtlely or dramatically change!! Life feels lighter and easier. Next time, it won't be quite as scarey to expose ourself.
In any situation, there are always some choices we can make.
